كان طفلاً يسير على الساحل الشمالي في مدينة باراماريبو الواقعة في قارة أمريكا الجنوبية، ينتظر انفجار مخزون موهبته الكروية الفذة، وسط ظروف معيشية صعبة للغاية، تحمل ذلك الطفل حياة الفقر، برفقة والديه اللذين اتخذا قراراً بالهجرة من تلك المدينة التي لا تسمن ولا تغني من جوع.

وسلكا طريق الهجرة بصفة رسمية إلى مملكة هولندا، التي كانوا يرون أنها مفتاح الفرج وتحسين وضعهم المعيشي، والأهم منح ابنهم الموهوب الفرصة الكافية لأجل استنفار وتفجير طاقته عن طريق الساحرة المستديرة.

الأب عانى من حيث البحث عن فرص عمل يستطيع من خلالها تحسين الظروف القاهرة التي مرت بها تلك العائلة، فيما الأم كانت سر تماسك تلك العائلة من خلال تربيتها لثمانية أطفال وسط ظروف صعبة من جميع النواحي.

هنا بدأت أحلام الموهوب الابن كريسينسيو سامرفيل أن تظهر رويداً رويداً وكأن لسان حاله يقول: «أكل العنب حبة حبة»، انضم لأكاديمية نادي أو في في، وكأن تلك اللحظة تسمى «جاك الفرج».

انفجرت موهبته من الوهلة الأولى، وسط حيرة ممثلي الأكاديمية الذين تعجبوا من النجم القادم بقوة الصاروخ، إلى أن نجح أحد كشافي فاينورد روتردام عام 2008 في اكتشافه بصورة حقيقية لأجل صقل موهبته، حينها تولى مهمة الإشراف على تدريبه المدير الفني كور أميرال.

طريق سامرفيل كان مليئاً بالعقبات والطرق الوعرة، لكن الصبر الذي بداخله جعله يتأنى ويتحمل كل شيء حتى انفجرت تلك الموهبة بعد تحديات داخلية ونفسية وذاتية عاشها الموهوب.

الأكاديمية طورته

نجحت أكاديمية نادي فينورد في احتواء النجم سامرفيل، الذي وُلد في مدينة روتردام الهولندية، يوم 30 أكتوبر 2001، يبلغ من العمر 24 عاماً، ويلعب في مركز الجناح الأيسر. أمضى داخل أروقة الأكاديمية قرابة عشر سنوات، عقبها عقده الاحترافي الأول عام 2018، بعمر 17 عاماً.

دوري الثانية

عام 2019 تمت إعارة الموهوب سامرفيل إلى نادي إف سي دوردريخت ضمن دوري الدرجة الثانية، وهو في السابعة عشرة من عمره، ثم أُعير مرة أخرى إلى أدو دين هاج في الدوري الممتاز، من هنا انطلقت موهبته الفذة التي بدا عليه الخطورة على الخصوم.

ليدز خطفه

نجحت إدارة نادي ليدز يونايتد عام 2020 في خطف الموهبة الكروية المميزة، حيث أصرت على التعاقد مع سامرفيل، وانضم لقائمة الفريق الأولمبي، قدم من خلالها موسماً مميزاً إلى أن اضطرت حينها الإدارة لضمه لصفوف الفريق الأول ضمن البريميرليج الممتاز.

أبهر الجميع في موسم 2023-2024 مع ليدز يونايتد في بطولة التشامبيونشيب حيث أحرز 21 هدفاً غير الصناعات والمساهمات المميزة لزملائه، توج من خلالها بجائزة أفضل لاعب بالبطولة.

توهج وست

عام 2024 انتقل بعقد لمدة ستة مواسم مع نادي وست هام يونايتد، قدم معهم ستة مواسم مذهلة للغاية، ليصبح واحداً من الوجوه البارزة في البريميرليج.

الظهور الدولي

لم تتأخر بطولاته الدولية مع منتخب هولندا تحت 21، حيث نجح برفقة زملائه في تحقيق لقب بطولة أوروبا عام 2018، ثم استمر في تمثيل المنتخب تحت الحادية والعشرين.

حياته الشخصية

لدى سامرفيل طفل، وثروته تبلغ 8 ملايين يورو، يتقاضى منها راتباً سنوياً يبلغ 3.5 ملايين يورو مع وست هام، إضافة إلى استثماراته في خط إنتاج ملابس وإكسسوارات يستهدف الموضة الشبابية في هولندا.

بحسب الأنباء الإعلامية فإن قيمة انتقال صفقة كريسينسيو سامرفيل لنادي الهلال كلفت خزينة النادي قرابة 80 مليون يورو، وقد تصبح الصفقة الثانية الأغلى في الدوري السعودي.
