بهذه النتيجة، رفع مانشستر يونايتد رصيده إلى 41 نقطة ليستعيد المركز الرابع في جدول ترتيب البريميرليغ، بينما تجمد رصيد فولهام عند 34 نقطة في المركز الثامن.
