أعلن الفنان المصري عمرو سعد، اسم المسلسل الجديد الذي يخوض به موسم دراما رمضان القادم، وهو بعنوان «إفراج»، وذلك بعد أن كان العمل متداولًا باسم «عباس الريس» في الفترة الماضية، ويُعد من أكثر الأعمال المنتظرة في خريطة الموسم الرمضاني القادم، بمشاركة عدد كبير من النجوم وفريق عمل متكامل.

وانطلق سعد بنشر أول صورة من كواليس العمل عبر حسابه الرسمي على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، معبّرًا عن حماسه الكبير لهذا المشروع الدرامي، الذي يتوقع أن يحظى بتفاعل واسع من الجماهير المصرية والعربية. وتدور أحداث مسلسل (إفراج) في إطار اجتماعي شعبي، حيث يجسد عمرو سعد شخصية «عباس»، الشاب الذي ينتمي إلى أسرة فقيرة ويسعى لتحسين وضعه الاجتماعي والاقتصادي عبر العمل في مهن وحرف متعددة، لكن مسار حياته يتغير بشكل جذري بعد تعرضه لعملية نصب من شخصية نافذة في الحي الذي يعيش فيه، ما يدفعه إلى وضع خطة محكمة لاستعادة حقه والانتصار على الظلم الذي واجهه، في رحلة درامية مليئة بالصراعات والتقلبات.

ويشارك في العمل مجموعة من الفنانين والفنانات إلى جانب عمرو سعد، من بينهم تارا عماد، حاتم صلاح، سما إبراهيم، علاء مرسي، عبدالعزيز مخيون، عمر السعيد، شريف دسوقي، جهاد حسام الدين، صفوة، بسنت شوقي وسارة بركة، في عمل من تأليف أحمد حلبة، محمد فوزي، وأحمد بكر، وإخراج أحمد خالد موسى، وإنتاج صادق أنور الصباح عبر شركته للإنتاج الفني. وينظر إلى «إفراج» كعمل درامي يحاول المزج بين الواقعية الاجتماعية والصراع الشخصي، مع تقديم صورة معبرة عن تحديات الحياة اليومية في البيئة الشعبية، ما يجعل من المسلسل إضافة مهمة في خريطة الدراما الرمضانية لعام 2026.

The Egyptian artist Amr Saad announced the name of his new series that he will be participating in for the upcoming Ramadan drama season, titled "Ifraaj." This comes after the project was previously circulating under the name "Abbas Al-Rais." It is considered one of the most anticipated works in the upcoming Ramadan season, featuring a large number of stars and a complete production team.

Saad began by sharing the first image from the behind-the-scenes of the project on his official social media accounts, expressing his great enthusiasm for this dramatic project, which is expected to receive wide interaction from Egyptian and Arab audiences. The events of the series "Ifraaj" unfold in a social and popular context, where Amr Saad portrays the character "Abbas," a young man from a poor family who seeks to improve his social and economic status by working in various jobs and crafts. However, the course of his life changes drastically after he falls victim to a scam by a powerful figure in his neighborhood, prompting him to devise a meticulous plan to reclaim his rights and triumph over the injustice he faced, in a dramatic journey filled with conflicts and twists.

The project features a group of artists alongside Amr Saad, including Tara Emad, Hatem Salah, Sama Ibrahim, Alaa Morsi, Abdelaziz Makhioun, Omar El-Saeed, Sherif Desouki, Jehadh Hossam El-Din, Safwa, Basant Shawky, and Sara Baraka. It is written by Ahmed Halba, Mohamed Fawzy, and Ahmed Bakr, directed by Ahmed Khaled Moussa, and produced by Sadiq Anwar Al-Sabah through his production company. "Ifraaj" is viewed as a dramatic work that attempts to blend social realism with personal conflict, while presenting an expressive image of the challenges of daily life in a popular environment, making the series an important addition to the Ramadan drama landscape for 2026.
