لم تكن مشاهد ملاحقة أطفال ومراهقين لسائحة صينية داخل مدينة بابل الأثرية بالعراق سوى الفصل الأول من مأساة أعمق، إذ عادت صانعة المحتوى الآسيوية «يان كيو» بفيديو جديد أشد صدمة، كشفت فيه تعرضها لمكيدة خطيرة داخل الموقع التاريخي نفسه من قبل أحد العاملين هناك.

وروت السائحة تفاصيل الواقعة التي حبست أنفاسها، موضحة أن موظفاً يعمل في الموقع الأثري استغل تواجدها بمفردها واصطحبها بحجة جولة استكشافية إلى منطقة زواياها معزولة ومظلمة، قبل أن يفاجئها بمحاولة اعتداء جسدي واقتراب مريب، مما أثار رعبها وجعلها تجاهد للفرار والنجاة بنفسها خارج المكان.

وأكدت صانعة المحتوى الصينية أنها عاشت أياماً عصيبة عقب عودتها إلى بلدها للتعافي من الآثار النفسية الصادمة للتجربة، مشيرة إلى أن فضولها للتعرف على الحضارة العراقية بعيداً عن عناوين الأخبار كان دافعها الأول للزيارة، لتكتشف لاحقاً عبر البحث شهادات لنساء أجنبيات ومحليات تحدثن عن تجارب مضايقات مشابهة في الموقع ذاته.

ورغم مرارة الواقعة، حرصت السائحة على التأكيد بأن تصرف فرد لا يعكس طباع الشعب العراقي الذي لمست منه الحفاوة والطيبة خلال جولتها، موجّهة الشكر لكل من تضامن معها، لكنها ختمت رسالتها بتساؤل تحذيري يحمل دلالة أعمق: «إذا كانت سائحة أجنبية تمتلك منصة لم تستطع حماية نفسها، فكيف تستطيع النساء العاديات الإبلاغ عن التحرش بأمان دون خوف؟».

في المقابل، تحركت قيادة شرطة بابل سريعاً لتوقيف عدد من الأحداث المتورطين في واقعة التحرش الأولى وإحالتهم إلى القضاء، فيما فتحت الجهات المختصة تحقيقاً موسعاً للتحقق من هوية الموظف المتهم والوقوف على ملابسات الحادثة داخل الموقع الأثري. كما أفردت وسائل الإعلام العراقية مساحات واسعة لإدانة السلوكيات الفردية التي تسيء للقطاع السياحي، بالتوازي مع موجة تضامن شعبية جارفة غمرت حسابات السائحة، وسط دعوات حقوقية حازمة لتطوير شبكات المراقبة وتأهيل كوادر الحراسة لضمان سلامة الوفود والزائرين.

The tourist recounted the details of the incident that took her breath away, explaining that an employee working at the archaeological site took advantage of her being alone and led her under the pretext of an exploratory tour to its isolated and dark corners, before surprising her with an attempt at physical assault and an unsettling approach, which terrified her and made her struggle to escape and save herself from the place.

The Chinese content creator confirmed that she lived through difficult days after returning to her country to recover from the shocking psychological effects of the experience, noting that her curiosity to learn about Iraqi civilization away from news headlines was her primary motivation for the visit, only to later discover through research testimonies from foreign and local women who spoke about similar harassment experiences at the same site.

Despite the bitterness of the incident, the tourist was keen to emphasize that the actions of one individual do not reflect the character of the Iraqi people, from whom she felt warmth and kindness during her tour, thanking everyone who stood in solidarity with her. However, she concluded her message with a cautionary question that carries a deeper significance: "If a foreign tourist with a platform could not protect herself, how can ordinary women report harassment safely without fear?"

In response, the Babylon Police leadership acted quickly to arrest several minors involved in the initial harassment incident and referred them to the judiciary, while the relevant authorities opened an extensive investigation to verify the identity of the accused employee and to understand the circumstances of the incident within the archaeological site. Iraqi media also dedicated extensive coverage to condemn the individual behaviors that harm the tourism sector, alongside a sweeping wave of popular solidarity that flooded the tourist's accounts, amidst firm human rights calls to develop monitoring networks and train security personnel to ensure the safety of delegations and visitors.
