صرح مصدر مسؤول في مجلس القيادة الرئاسي اليمني بأن تمادي المليشيات الحوثية في هجماتها الإرهابية على المنشآت والموانئ، والأعيان المدنية والاقتصادية وخطوط الملاحة الدولية لن يمر دون عقاب، وسيواجه برد قاسٍ يضع حداً لهذا العبث، محملاً تلك المليشيات كامل المسؤولية عن النتائج التي ستترتب على هذا النهج التخريبي.

وأكد المصدر أن الدولة ستتعامل مع هذا التصعيد من موقع مسؤوليتها الدستورية والسيادية في حماية مواطنيها ومنشآتها الحيوية والمصالح العليا للبلاد كواجب لا مساومة فيه، وستتخذ القوات المسلحة ما يلزم من إجراءات مشروعة لردع مصادر التهديد، وبما يحفظ سلامة المدنيين ومصالح الشعب اليمني.

وقال المصدر إن حالة الطيش والهستيريا التي تظهرها المليشيات في اعتداءاتها الأخيرة تعكس حجم الألم الذي أحدثته الردود القاسية والمنضبطة للقوات المسلحة، وما أظهره أبطالها على مختلف المحاور من وحدة وجاهزية وقدرة متنامية على الردع المتكامل.

واعتبر المصدر أن أي هجوم عابر للحدود تنفذه المليشيات الحوثية هو اعتداء مباشر على مصالح الشعب اليمني وأمنه القومي، ومحاولة لجر اليمن إلى صراعات تخدم أجندة النظام الإيراني ولا علاقة لها بمصالح اليمنيين، فضلاً عن ما تمثله هذه الاعتداءات من تهديد لأمن دول الجوار، والسلم والأمن الدوليين. وحذر المصدر على وجه الخصوص من التداعيات الإنسانية الخطيرة للاعتداءات الإرهابية المتكررة التي تطال ميناء المخا، مستهدفة بذلك أحد شرايين الحياة التي يعتمد عليها ملايين اليمنيين في تدفق الغذاء والدواء والوقود والسلع الأساسية.

وأضاف أن هذا التصعيد المنفلت من جانب المليشيات لن يغير من إرادة الشعب اليمني وقواته المسلحة في المضي بثبات نحو استعادة مؤسسات الدولة، وإنهاء الانقلاب، وفرض سيادة القانون، وعدم تمكين المليشيات وداعميها من تحديد قواعد الاشتباك التي تخدم مشروعها التخريبي.

وأكد المصدر أن حماية الموانئ التجارية وسفن الشحن التجاري، وحرية الملاحة في البحر الأحمر وباب المندب، والتصدي للتهديدات العابرة للحدود، ليست مسؤولية يمنية فقط، وإنما مسؤولية إقليمية ودولية، تتطلب موقفاً جماعياً وفي المقدمة الدول المشاطئة لمنع تحويل الأراضي اليمنية إلى منصة لتهديد أمن الممرات المائية وإمدادات التجارة العالمية.

A responsible source in the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council stated that the Houthi militias' continued terrorist attacks on facilities and ports, as well as on civilian and economic sites and international shipping routes, will not go unpunished, and will be met with a harsh response that puts an end to this chaos, holding those militias fully responsible for the consequences that will arise from this destructive approach.

The source confirmed that the state will deal with this escalation from the standpoint of its constitutional and sovereign responsibility to protect its citizens, vital facilities, and the higher interests of the country as an uncompromising duty, and the armed forces will take the necessary legitimate measures to deter sources of threat, while preserving the safety of civilians and the interests of the Yemeni people.

The source stated that the reckless and hysterical behavior exhibited by the militias in their recent attacks reflects the extent of the pain caused by the harsh and disciplined responses of the armed forces, and what their heroes have demonstrated on various fronts in terms of unity, readiness, and an increasing ability for integrated deterrence.

The source considered that any cross-border attack carried out by the Houthi militias is a direct assault on the interests and national security of the Yemeni people, and an attempt to drag Yemen into conflicts that serve the agenda of the Iranian regime and have no relation to the interests of Yemenis, in addition to what these assaults represent as a threat to the security of neighboring countries and international peace and security. The source specifically warned of the serious humanitarian repercussions of the repeated terrorist attacks targeting the port of Mocha, thereby targeting one of the lifelines that millions of Yemenis depend on for the flow of food, medicine, fuel, and essential goods.

He added that this uncontrolled escalation by the militias will not change the will of the Yemeni people and their armed forces to steadfastly move towards restoring state institutions, ending the coup, enforcing the rule of law, and preventing the militias and their supporters from determining the rules of engagement that serve their destructive project.

The source affirmed that the protection of commercial ports and cargo ships, freedom of navigation in the Red Sea and Bab al-Mandab, and confronting cross-border threats is not solely a Yemeni responsibility, but rather a regional and international responsibility that requires a collective stance, particularly from the coastal states, to prevent the transformation of Yemeni territories into a platform for threatening the security of maritime routes and global trade supplies.
