اعترضت وأسقطت منظومات الدفاع الجوي الأردني، اليوم، ثلاثة صواريخ باليستية دخلت المجال الجوي الأردني قادمة من الأراضي الإيرانية.
وأكد مصدر عسكري مسؤول في القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة الأردنية أن عملية الاعتراض والإسقاط نُفذت في إطار الإجراءات العملياتية والدفاعية المعتمدة لحماية حدود الوطن وأجوائه وأمن مواطنيه، مشيرًا إلى أنها لم تسفر عن وقوع إصابات بشرية أو أضرار مادية.
وشدّد على أن القوات المسلحة الأردنية ترفض أي انتهاك لسيادة الأردن أو استخدام مجالها الجوي بصورة تهدد أمنها واستقرارها، وتواصل مراقبة أجوائها ورصد مختلف التطورات بأعلى درجات الجاهزية والاستعداد.

The Jordanian air defense systems intercepted and shot down three ballistic missiles today that entered Jordanian airspace coming from Iranian territory.
A responsible military source in the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces confirmed that the interception and shooting down were carried out as part of the operational and defensive measures adopted to protect the nation's borders, airspace, and the security of its citizens, noting that there were no human casualties or material damage.
He emphasized that the Jordanian Armed Forces reject any violation of Jordan's sovereignty or the use of its airspace in a manner that threatens its security and stability, and continue to monitor its airspace and track various developments with the highest levels of readiness and preparedness.
