بعد انشقاقه عن قوات الدعم السريع قبل نحو أسبوعين، كشفت مصادر سودانية أن القائد المنشق بشارة الهَويرة وصل الخرطوم، اليوم الجمعة، مع عدة قادة عسكريين آخرين.

وأكدت المصادر أن الهويرة كان قبل انشقاقه مسؤول العمليات العسكرية الأول بمحور منطقة بارا في شمال كردفان.

وأفادت بأن القيادي المنشق الذي يحمل الجنسية التشادية، كان انضم مبكراً للقتال مع الدعم السريع واستجلب قوات من دولة تشاد.

ويأتي انشقاق مسؤول العمليات العسكرية بمحور بارا عن الدعم السريع في ظل موجة انشقاقات ضربت الدعم السريع مؤخراً.

وشهد شهر أبريل الماضي، إعلان النور آدم المعروف بـ «النور القبة» أيضاً مغادرته وقواته مواقعهم في شمال دارفور والانضمام للجيش السوداني.

وأعلن أبو عاقلة كيكل، وهو من أبرز قيادات الدعم السريع في ولاية الجزيرة، تعاونه مع الجيش السوداني، في خطوة شكّلت حالة لافتة حينها بسبب نفوذه الميداني وسط السودان.

بدوره أعلن القيادي علي رزق، المعروف بـ«السافانا»، مؤخراً انشقاقه عن الدعم السريع.

ومنذ استعادة الجيش السيطرة على ولايات وسط السودان وشرقه، وإحكام قوات الدعم السريع قبضتها على كامل إقليم دارفور في الغرب وبعض أجزاء الجنوب، امتدت المعارك لتشمل إقليم كردفان الواقع بينهما وولاية النيل الأزرق في جنوب شرقي السودان على الحدود مع إثيوبيا وجنوب السودان.

يذكر أن الحرب في السودان تتواصل منذ أبريل 2023 بين الجيش وقوات الدعم السريع، ما أدى إلى مقتل الآلاف وتشريد الملايين وتفاقم الأزمة الإنسانية في البلاد.

After his defection from the Rapid Support Forces about two weeks ago, Sudanese sources revealed that the defector leader Bishara Al-Hawira arrived in Khartoum today, Friday, along with several other military leaders.

Sources confirmed that Al-Hawira was the primary military operations officer in the Bara area in North Kordofan before his defection.

It was reported that the defector leader, who holds Chadian nationality, had joined the fight early on with the Rapid Support Forces and had brought in troops from Chad.

The defection of the military operations officer in the Bara area from the Rapid Support Forces comes amid a wave of defections that have recently hit the Rapid Support Forces.

Last April, Al-Noor Adam, known as "Al-Noor Al-Quba," also announced his departure with his forces from their positions in North Darfur to join the Sudanese army.

Abu Aqila Kikil, one of the prominent leaders of the Rapid Support Forces in the Al-Jazeera state, announced his cooperation with the Sudanese army, a move that was notably significant at the time due to his field influence in central Sudan.

For his part, the leader Ali Rizq, known as "Al-Savanna," recently announced his defection from the Rapid Support Forces.

Since the army regained control over the central and eastern states of Sudan, and the Rapid Support Forces tightened their grip on the entire Darfur region in the west and parts of the south, battles have extended to include the Kordofan region located between them and the Blue Nile state in southeastern Sudan on the borders with Ethiopia and South Sudan.

It is worth noting that the war in Sudan has been ongoing since April 2023 between the army and the Rapid Support Forces, resulting in thousands of deaths, millions displaced, and a worsening humanitarian crisis in the country.
